Tell us about yourself and what inspired you to become an Aesthetician?
I was born and raised in Siberia, and when I moved to the United States, I knew I wanted to carve out a meaningful path. The beauty industry drew me in, but my inspiration began in childhood, watching my mom at her vanity, applying creams, and giving herself facial massages. I was mesmerized, and that fascination ultimately led me to help others feel that same confidence.
How long have you been an aesthetician, and what is your favorite part?
I’ve been in aesthetics for 10 years, and for the past 6 years I’ve owned my private ProSkin Studio, where I specialize in pro-aging facials. My favorite part is the freedom in the treatment room. Watching my clients transition from full makeup to confidently wearing very little because their skin is glowing and their friends are asking what they’re doing!
What is the last song you played on Spotify?
My go-to playlist is Sade.
“Smooth Operator” is basically my morning mantra in the treatment room – because the vibes!
Where or what is the best place you’ve ever been to?
The best place I have ever been is the Nile River. Seeing something so historic, something that felt like straight out of the pages of a book, was truly a natural wonder.
