Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from Skin Script, it is returnable for credit, refund, or exchange. Please keep the following in mind when returning a product:
- Skin Script must be advised of dissatisfaction within 30 days of the original purchase.
- The product must be returned to Skin Script’s office within 60 days of dissatisfaction for credit, refund, or exchange.
- Returned products must be at least 60% full.
- You are responsible for return postage or delivery charges.
- Skin Script will deliver the new, exchanged product free of delivery charges.
