Having a cough attack that started with a tickle in my throat and leaving the room to cough it out for what seemed like 10-minutes (was in the middle of the neck and shoulder massage part of the facial). The client calling out, Amy…are you ok???!!!! I learned to keep a lozenge in my mouth from then on.
