Stacy Best-Nervis is a licensed esthetician and owner of Brownstone Spa in Phoenix, Arizona. Stacy’s career spans beyond skincare. She holds a Business degree in Human Resource Management from New Mexico State University and an MBA in Finance from Grand Canyon University. Her corporate background, including leadership roles in a leading investment company, enriched her with skills in project management, customer service, and policy oversight.

As one of only a handful of students of color in her program, she experienced first-hand the lack of knowledge new estheticians received regarding melanin-rich skin tones. Stacy created Brownstone Spa to be a place where people with skin of color could feel comfortable in getting a skin or spa treatment in which the esthetician was knowledgeable.

Stacy also served as an Education Ambassador for Skin Script Skincare, teaching ingredient focused education for student estheticians. She also is a co-founder for ACRES a 501c(3) whose mission is to elevate historically underserved communities by empowering community-minded entrepreneurs with the tools, resources, and support they need to achieve ownership and long-term stability.
